Recipe of the Month

Flax-Goji Golden Citrus Dressing

This cellulite fighting salad dressing is featured in ”The Cellulite Solution” by Dr. Murad. It is full of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins.

  • ½ C flaxseed oil
  • ½ C water
  • ¼ C fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ C fresh orange juice
  • ¼ C dried goji berries or cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Store in a well-sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
