To love your legs...
Do you love your legs? Do you know all there is to know about building self confidence?

If that's the case I invite you to read on and let me show you how I overcame my longstanding disapproval of my legs and learned how to go about building self confidence.
I hated my legs as far back as I can remember. I always thought they were too big and chunky and I would refuse to wear skirts and shorts even in the heat of the summer.
I didn't like how that made me feel, so I read many books on self love and building self confidence. Despite all my efforts I still wasn't happy how I looked wearing shorts. I always felt that everybody noticed how ugly my legs were.
Then one day I read about Sedona Method.
As skeptical as I was about reading another book, I bought it and started reading it reluctantly. And then I started applying the principles described in the book in my life.
I was quite surprised how simple the technique was and didn't really expect much of it. Well, imagine my surprise when I realized that it was helping my body image and I was building self confidence!
Now I can honestly say that I got rid of my long standing issue with my legs and any time I feel a little of it coming back, I just repeat the simple Sedona Method process and I go on with my day, loving my legs.
So how does Sedona Method work? It is really quite simple, and I will provide you witha brief overview, so you can see for yourself.
The Sedona Method is based on accepting your negative feelings, instead of resisting them. Once you accept them, you choose to let them go. The negative feelings tend to come back for a while, so you just repeat the process till you feel you freed yourself from them for good. Once you learn how to incorporate the process into your life, it gets really easy to use it on regular basis, for any negative feelings that come to your mind.
It is quite amazing and amazingly simple!

The Sedona Method Sample
I hate my legs.
Sedona Method Solution:
- Notice how you feel about your legs. Don't resist the negative feeling, but instead feel it and accept it as is.
- Ask yourself this simple question: "Can I allow myself to let go of disapproving of my legs?"
- Let go the best you can. Don't force it. At the beginning I would close my eyes and imagine the negative feeling was a big, black crow that I was holding tightly in my arms. When I asked my self the question if I could let it go, I would imagine myself opening my arms and letting the bird fly away.
- Shower your legs with as much love and approval, as you possibly can.
Repeat this process until you feel that your negative feeling is gone.
Of course at the beginning you will need to repeat this process every time the bad feelings return. It takes a while for them to go away for good. But they do. Mine did and so can yours.
This process is so simple that you can do it anytime, anywhere and for any negative feelings or beliefs you might have. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel good about themselves, their body and any area of their life. It can be used for building self confidence, relationships, money problems, health issues and the list goes on.
