Donkey Kick



Donkey Kick is a great leg exercise for the butt muscles. There are different variations but the following one is my favourite.

  • Get down on your hands and knees

  • Extend your left leg until it is in line with your back

  • Hold for couple of seconds

  • Bring same leg into your chest

  • Repeat the move 15 times

  • Switch legs and repeat the sequence



Important Tip :

Make sure you keep your back straight at all times to avoid injury. Your abs should be contracted to assist your back.
