Have fun and get your legs in shape!
If you want to exercise at home you might want to try a more specific fitness exercise program if you’re not into creating your own.
There is tons of DVDs and Videos out there with excellent routines for toning, shaping, body building-you name it!
You just have to find one that will suit your taste and life style.
Here are my favorites for toning and shaping the legs:

I recently discovered great leg exercises and cellulite busting program all in one: "Love Your Legs".
This DVD has it all:
- Very challenging butt and leg exercises that will whip your lower half in shape
- Great leg stretches
- Step by step instructions to very effective anti cellulite massage
- Nutrition plan
- Interview with my anti cellulite guru Dr. Murad
The program has been developed by Kim Overton who is a certified Personal Trainer, a certified Sports Nutrition Consultant, a Pilates instructor, and a former dancer.
She is also a wonderful instructor with great legs and fit body.
I started doing the routine and noticed visible results in 2 weeks. Not only my legs firmed up but also my skin is much smoother now with less dimples.
I highly recommend it to all the women who want their legs in shape!

If you don’t want to exercise at home at all, but hitting the gym on your own is not something you’d enjoy, I recommend exploring different fitness exercise programs in the community and at your local gym. Most will offer a variety of instructor-led fitness programs like aerobics, pilates, martial arts or boot camp.
Another one of these programs is my recent discovery: Fitness Pole Dancing!

It gives you a great workout for your legs and the rest of your body. And it gives you some great moves you can practice at home with your significant other!
