Apple Cider Vinegar
You can apply apple cider vinegar directly from the bottle, to your varicose veins. It is recommended to do it twice a day. Another option is to saturate a cloth with the vinegar and apply the cloth to your legs. Lay down and leave it on for 15-30 minutes. Again, it is recommended to do it twice daily. In addition, you can drink a glass of water with 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar twice daily. People report shrinking of their varicose veins in about a month.
Witch Hazel
Witch hazel is an astringent that can be directly applied to the varicose veins twice daily. It will sooth and shrink them.
Aloe Vera
If your varicose veins get itchy, try applying Aloe Vera to stop the itch.
Cayenne Pepper 
To stimulate your blood circulation take 2 tsp. of cayenne pepper in a glass of hot water and drink it 2-3 times a day.
You might have to wait 2-4 weeks to see the results.
