Knee Extension



Knee Extensions work your quadriceps. That means that are excellent for toning and firming the front of your thighs.

  • Sit on a chair making sure your feet barely touch the floor.

  • Keep your knees and feet shoulder width apart.

  • Raise your right leg until straight. Keep your toes flexed.

  • Hold it up for couple of seconds and lower it down slowly.

  • Repeat 10-15 times with the same leg.

  • Switch legs and repeat with the left leg.
Do 2 more sets if able.

Tip

For added resistance use ankle weights.
