How much time should you commit to an exercise routine? If you want to see results, you should definitely set aside at least 30-45 minutes, 3 times a week.

Any exercise routine should start with a 5-10 minutes warm up. You can jog or briskly step in place to accomplish that.

The next step should be a series of good stretches . They will lengthen and prepare your muscles for exercise and help prevent an injury. They will also help increase your flexibility and make your muscles leaner.

I recently discovered great leg exercises and cellulite busting program all in one: "Love Your Legs".

This DVD has it all:

  • Very challenging butt and leg exercises that will whip your lower half in shape
  • Great leg stretches
  • Step by step instructions to very effective anti cellulite massage
  • Nutrition plan
  • Interview with my anti cellulite guru Dr. Murad

The program has been developed by Kim Overton who is a certified Personal Trainer, a certified Sports Nutrition Consultant, a Pilates instructor, and a former dancer.

She is also a wonderful instructor with great legs and fit body.

I started doing the routine and noticed visible results in 2 weeks. Not only my legs firmed up but also my skin is much smoother now with less dimples.

I highly recommend it to all the women who want their legs in shape!

Another great way to get your legs in their best shape ever in addition to leg exercises is running. As much as I would love to be a running expert, I just don't enjoy it so much. I much more enjoy power walking and rollerblading. So I would like to recommend a great website written by a passionate and a very experienced runner.

What if you just don't have time, to commit to an exercise routine?

Not to worry.

You can still get in shape by doing your every day things with a little twist.
