Do you need help losing weight?

Being overweight makes it harder to have great looking legs. The extra weight usually settles in our butt, thighs and sometimes calves.

If you’re struggling with your weight, I know how frustrating it is. After my second child was born, I myself struggled to regain my pre-pregnancy weight and I must say it wasn’t easy.

But I did it!

I lost close to 20 pounds in 3 months, I gained muscle, I got fit and I started eating healthier. So it can be done.

I want to share with you my success and show you that you can lose weight, get healthy and fit without any fad yo-yo diets. All you need is your dedication and commitment.

I personally do not believe in fad diets and I do not think they work in a long run. Sure they will help you lose weight quickly if you stick to them long enough, but will the weight stay off? More than likely-no.

So if not a diet, then what??

Lifestyle change! The bottom line is, if you don’t change your lifestyle, you will never be lean and healthy. You will spend your life losing weight on various diets and then gaining it right back when you go back to your unhealthy food choices. I know many women who do just that. You don’t want to play that game, do you?

Let’s get healthy instead!

Follow the steps below to plan your new, healthy lifestyle and get slim and fit. Sure it might take you longer to reach your desired weight than it would on a diet, but the chances are you will actually maintain that new healthy weight if you stick to your new lifestyle.

  1. determine your perfect weight

  2. set your goals

  3. decide on your physical activity

  4. plan your nutrition

  5. create your support system

Changing your lifestyle is a big step towards new, healthy you.

Creating new habits can take a while to get used to and sometimes it takes more than one try.

If you slip back to your old habits, don’t despair or beat yourself up about it. Just acknowledge it and redirect yourself back to your new healthy lifestyle choices.

Think of the rewards and how good you will feel about yourself once you accomplish your goals!
