Why it’s important in the Great Leg Diet?
Pomegranates are one of the most potent sources of polyphenols which are antioxidants functioning mainly within the skin cells.
One of these Polyphenols is ellagic acid. It has the strongest age-proofing capabilities of any antioxidant researched so far.
That means that it fights and reverses the free radical damage done to our skin and in turn fights against cellulite, stretch marks and bad veins.
Other Health Benefits:
Because of its antioxidant potency, it fights wrinkles and skin conditions and it has been recognized in the fight of cancer and osteoarthritis.
It also helps in reducing certain cardiac risk factors and lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.

Alternatives:
If you can’t get your hands on fresh pomegranates, the best alternative is to find pomegranate juice or supplements.
Check your health food store for the availability.
If you want to buy it online, I recommend Murad Pomphenol Sunguard Supplement, developed by Dr. Murad, the author of my favorite anti cellulite book "The Cellulite Solution" .
