Congratulations on your pregnancy!
It is a very exciting time for you but it’s also filled with lots of changes to your body and more than likely some aches and pains.
Your legs are the ones that are susceptible to a lot of problems during this very happy time in your life. After all they carry you and your unborn baby for whole nine months.
During that time you gain weight, your hormones go out of whack, your blood volume increases and your growing uterus is putting pressure on your organs and nerves.
Some women still manage to have great looking legs as they somehow escape the swollen feet and ankles, restless leg syndrome, varicose veins and stretch marks.
But not all, and certainly not I. My legs suffered during pregnancy and I did a lot of research on how to relieve the common pregnant legs blues…
