Sitting Leg Lift



Sitting leg lift will work your abs, quads and stretches hamstrings and outer thighs.

  • Sit on the edge of a chair with your hands holding on to the sides, and your feet flat on the floor.

  • Lift your legs to the hip level.

  • Press your feet together.

  • Hold and lower legs down.
  • Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps

    Tip:

    To add resistance use ankle weights.
